Mindful artistry is the ability to remember your inner child. Everyone expresses their art differently. Some in music and paintings. Others in numbers and words. There are endless possibilities.
We use art to heal and remind ourselves we are alive. Creativity allows us to free ourselves and wash away the harshness of today’s world.
All of us are born with the instinct to create. For many; as we age we
forget that side of ourselves due to life’s challenges. We get in a pattern of work, worry and responsibilities.
I invite you to join me on the journey of an artist. Tapping into modalities such as music, yoga, movement and the spark to create with intention.
Getting Here
You will arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). We suggest the earliest flight possible. Airport roundtrip transportation is included regardless of what time you arrive and depart within the retreat dates.
Travel Restrictions
We strive to curate the safest experience for our attendees. Should the need arise to reschedule our retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, your payments will be applied to a future retreat.
