When was the last time you sat down, took a long deep breath, closed your eyes and centered your mind back to its calm? Our everyday lives are full of crazy schedules, impossible rhythms, life perceptions based on the external factors and worse, completely missing the chance to connect with the others. Coupled with those factors, we rarely carve out enough personal time, have time for introspection, to resettle, refocus or listen to ourselves, and our needs.
