What can I expect on an OMNoire retreat?
You can expect daily yoga and meditation sessions, group discussions and comraderie, exploring the most incredible parts of Grenada, savoring the most decadent culinary delights, and sunbathing on one of the world's most pristine beaches with like-minded women who are dedicated to living well from the inside out.
Do I need yoga experience?
We welcome yogis of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practioners. This retreat will offer an opportunity for growth and new experience no matter how much time you have spent on your mat. Regardless, we hope you keep an open mind and trying out something new to you during your time there.
What food can I expect?
Grenada is known as "The Spice Island" so expect the most decadent and tasty meals! Your packages include almost all of the meals during your trip, as described in the trip description. Please let us know as soon as you sign up for our retreat if you have any special needs; food allergies or other allergies, or any other special needs or conditions, dietary or medical.
What should I bring?
Please see trip description for additional items, but you should generally bring: sunscreen, bug repellent, comfortable clothes and shoes, sunglasses, swimsuits, reading materials, a journal, reusable water bottle, and a little sense of adventure!
How much free time do we have?
Our retreat will include a healthy balance between group activities and solo free time to relax, read a book, take a walk, party at night, etc. The days that we have outings planned we will go lighter on the yoga sessions. We have built in leisure time for participants to go off on their own or simply stay near the retreat and explore Grand Anse Beach.

If you choose to go on any additional excursions outside of your package, you will be responsible for the costs but we will definitely help you arrange anything.
If I am a solo traveler but do not mind sharing a room or suite with another guest, what should I do?
If you would like to share a room or suite, but need to be matched with another guest, you can put your deposit in for the room of your choice, and at check out select “YES to being matched with another solo traveler." Next step, join our Facebook community @omnoire where we'll connect solo travelers to get to know each other leading up to the retreat. As a solo traveler, your payments will remain the same, as will your suite mate's whomever you are matched up with.
When will I receive trip details?
Upon registration, you will receive a welcome message with general trip information. If you opted for an installment plan, we will also send reminders 30 days prior to payment date. As the date of the trip approaches you will receive emails on specifics relevant to your retreat.
When should I book?
You should book as soon as you're able to because rooms are limited. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500/person is due on or by June 30th. Deposits and Prices will go up on July 1st.
Do I need to book my own flight?
You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from Grenada Point Saline International Airport (GND). Visit the Travel/Accommodations page for suggested airlines to book based on your geographical location. There are only a few flights into Grenada daily so we anticipate our attendees will arrive within the same timeframe. We suggest booking your airfare to arrive as early in the day as possible. On average, most flights arrive between 1:00-2:30pm.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
We will be providing ground transportation to and from Grenada Point Saline International Airport (GND) for our attendees. Once you book your package, our travel concierge will be in touch for you to provide us with your travel itinerary by August 1st.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Please contact us directly if you have a special request for your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate.
Can I arrive early and stay late?
You are more than welcome to book your travel to arrive early and/or late. If you choose to do so, you will be responsible for the cost of your room at the resort as well as arranging transportation to/from the airport if they are out of our specific travel dates. We will do our best to work with the resort to give you the same rate that our group will receive for the retreat. Contact us prior to booking your airfare so we can confirm the rate of your room.
Is my trip package refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation takes place prior to July 28th days any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place between July 29th - August 25th, 50% of the trip price will be refunded. If cancellation takes place after August 25th, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited.
Should I get travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not mandatory however we highly recommend you do purchase it. If you choose to do so, we suggest that you add “cancel for any reason” to your policy.
Although normal trip cancellation will cover you for illness or injury, or for a travel companions illness, injury or death, it is limited to these. With “cancel for any reason” you will receive a percentage (usually 75%-100%) of all pre-paid costs. With this coverage if something comes up, a wedding, a new job opportunity, etc. or if OMNOIRE has to cancel due to weather, staff injury or illness or other unforeseen reasons, you will be covered. *This option needs to be purchased within 15 days of your trip deposit.

What is the currency and where do I get it? How much cash will I need?
The currency in Grenada is the East Caribbean Dollar (XCD) which you'll be able to exchange for in the airport. However most places in Grenada do accept major credit cards.
Do you have discounts available?
Yes! We offer a 5% discount for trips paid in full at time of booking.
