The pool villas at the resort have been designed to embrace our host resort's ‘Outdoor Living – In’ concept by creating a harmonious flow between the large private pool and the expansive interior of the villa, walk out on to the pool from your king bedroom.

Each Deluxe Villa features its own private Day bed for you to wind down countless hours while reveling in the sun or sipping on cocktails from the extensive menu. This is a superb choice for a ‘no tan line’ vacation in complete privacy.

The Deluxe Pool Villa offers a private pool and a high-walled garden, ensuring ultimate privacy and seclusion.

Breathe in the ocean splendor. These lofts with ocean view are expansive in height and depth with an Infinity pool extending from your private sundeck.

Chic and stylish, these loft suites offer double-height ceilings and glass walls open on to a private sun deck with a large swimming pool and a full view of the sea. Both the downstairs living room and the upstairs king bedroom enjoy magnificent sea views.

Package rates include accommodations, all-inclusive meals, curated excursions, workshops, luxury gift bags, and airport and ground transportation.

Airfare is not included.

PAYMENT PLAN: A $500 deposit ($350 non-refundable) is required. The first payment is due 30 days after booking, with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments. Final payment is due on or before February 28, 2027. Payment plans incur a $75 processing fee.

PAY IN FULL: Receive a 5% discount when paying in full. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

If you’ve found your way here, something within you is ready. Ready for rest. Ready for reflection. Ready for a return to yourself.

This retreat, my second in Thailand, is deeply personal to me and was born from my own journey of reinvention.

I am 59 now, and in my early 40s, after leaving the entertainment industry, I made the decision to prioritize myself. It began with my fitness and expanded into how I care for my body, my energy, and my life.

I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else until you realize it is time to pour back into yourself.

During my first retreat in Thailand in March 2026, something shifted in me. The way I felt in my body and the clarity I experienced stayed with me long after I returned home. That experience changed me.

I knew I would come back.

Thailand offers a beautiful balance of ancient healing practices and modern approaches to vitality and longevity. It creates an environment that supports deep care and renewal.

At this stage of life, caring for yourself becomes essential. Feeling good matters. Having energy matters. How you move through your days matters.

This retreat is a space to reset, restore, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you are seeking rest, renewal, or meaningful connection, my intention is that you leave feeling supported, grounded, and more in tune with yourself.

Getting Here

You will arrive at Phuket International Airport (HKT). We suggest arriving on the earliest flight possible. Airport roundtrip transportation is included regardless of what time you arrive and depart within the retreat dates.

Travel Restrictions

We strive to curate the safest experience for our attendees. Should the need arise to reschedule our retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, your payments will be applied to a future retreat. Travelers are required to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage.
